It wasn't often that Lukas went off the ranch. However, each week, he went on errands. And, as a little treat, he'd take a walk down the routes to see what was around.

Today was no different, as he was carrying home some goods he got from Littleroot Town.

His Tauros was beside him, helping him carry the goods as they made their way back. "Think we're going to see anything interesting, bud?" he asked. The bull huffed.

As if by magic - literally, always as if by magic - a Pokemon spawned. It was a Toucannon, which looked angrily at him and the Tauros. Lukas was actually intrigued by the bird, though.

Maybe trying to catch him would also steer away from a potential fight.

He reached in the sack that was strapped to his own Pokemon, grabbing an empty ball. "Here we go." He aimed and tossed it, waiting to see if the bird would stay in it or not.
